COCKTAILS

I trained at the renowned BAS School of bartending where I learnt the art of drinks and cocktails from a basic gin and tonic to a blended strawberry daiquiri or a perfectly shaken and poured cosmopolitan.

Alongside the classic and traditional cocktails I have made many of my own signature and unique cocktails such as a lychee fizz or a pomegranate gin and tonic or for those cold winter parties how about an apple and cinnamon hot toddy. So whether you are after a traditional cocktail or something specially created personally to fit either the theme of your party or your own personal taste Scrumptious can develop the perfect cocktail for you.

  • Fresh Raspberry and Lime Mojito- Havana Club Rum with Fresh Raspberry, Mint and Lime Puree poured over crushed iced and topped with a little soda.

  • Peach Blini- Prosecco Topped off with Peach Puree

  • Bloody Mary- Belvedere Vodka, Fresh Tomato Juice, Celery Salt, Tabasco, Worcester Sauce and a dash of lime cordial

  • Classic Summer Pimms Our Way- Pimms No 1 cup mixed with ginger ale, San Pellegrino Lemon, Cucumber, Orange, Strawberries and Apple

  • Gin Fizz- Silent Pool Gin with lemon jucie, gomme syrup and soda water

  • Vellini- Vanilla Absolut Vodka, Strawberry Pureee and Prosecco

  • Moscow Mule- Grey Goose Vodka, Ginger Beer, Mint and Lime

  • Citrus Blush- Gordons Gin, Limoncello, Red Grapefruit Juice and Lime Juice poured over crushed Ice

  • Date Night- Grey Goose vodka, Cointreau, Strawberry, lime juice, Gomme Syrup topped with lychee juice

  • Scrumptious Spritz- Elderflower, Silent Pool Gin, pomegranate seeds and Tonic

  • The Baby’s Asleep- Raspberry Vodka, triple sec, mango topped with Soda

  • Paradise Elixir- Malibu, Coconut Water and pineapple juice

  • Summer Soiree- Cranberry, Lime, Mint and Lemon Absolut Vodka

  • The Orangery- Miller Gin, Rosemary, Twist of Orange and Tonic

  • Havana Club Rum, Lime Juice, Grenadine and Pomegranate Mollasses

  • Apple Kicker- Tequilla, Lemon Juice, Maple syrup and Apple Juice

  • Dancing Flamingo- Grey Goose Vodka, Pineapple Juice and Ginger Ale with Fresh Mint

  • Lemon Pop- Tanqueray Gin, Limeoncello, San Pellegrino Lemonade
